Even if the devaintHEART was an April Fool's joke DeviantART did, I'm just curious how or why it directed me to your DeviantART page when I was messing around with the 'joke'.
I do enjoy seeing your photos of the conventions you've visited quite interesting, I'll try to view more of your work as I can spend the time too.
And.. have a llama. Heh

Working my tail off to support my house and trucks, looking forward to going to my grandmother's farm and mowing the grounds if the weather becomes dry this weekend. So, I'm doing fine.
How about yourself M'Lady?

I'm doing good, good sir! Trying to save up for a new PS3.

Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-04-15 23:58:23 +0000 UTC]
This weekend was awesome, mowing wasn't 'fun' per-say, but everything else was great. The weather, teasing my nieces and my Grandmother and completing the work her water system. Hope you was able to do something cool!
Heh, maybe I should offer to sell my PS3. Poor thing has been collecting dust since I never have the time to play anything on it or watch any Blu-rays. Maybe someday I can.

Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-04-16 00:29:27 +0000 UTC]
That's great
The only thing fun about my weekend was me finding out I can fit into Boys clothing [XL but still interesting] and working.
Do you play any games?
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-04-16 20:37:06 +0000 UTC]
Aye, I wish the weekend was longer, but back to work I go. So I take it that you work over the weekends? May I ask what you do? I work for Amazon (Amazon.com) and I work at nights at a distribution center. I believe we have plenty of XL Boys clothing if you need any.
I play a little bit. Mainly during the winter months. Summer months I'm always trying to enjoy the weather and do what I can outside. On computer I play a little Eve-Online, Star Trek Online and World of Tanks. I typically play free games and any modded games that has been 'ponified'.. heh. And on my PS3, I used to play Sonic Generations and I have Tales of Graces unopened. I have a few other games in storage. I used to be a huge gamer, but I'm slowly selling off my old collection to help earn some cash. How about yourself? Do you have any favorites?

I work at Claires
Saddly, being in Canada means not many fun places to work. Well, fun place to work and place that sells fun stuff. But I make my own jewlary so Claires helps out alot with that lol
I love ponified games! lol
I play all kinds. I love pokemon, Silent Hill, Elder Scrolls, Animal Crossing, and recently Luigi's Mansion 2.
I can't really play many games on my laptop since it's not really ment for it lol. I used to play WoW and Runescape tho.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-04-17 21:34:57 +0000 UTC]
Claires, I believe there's a few stores around my area. Never visited them though, heh. I don't think jewelery or fashion for young ladies would appeal to me.
Well, I don't think there's many places that is fun to work at, luckily, I have the liberty to make fun at work, and there are some events held to keep the employees' moral up. Like yesterday was 'Pie a manager' event. 20 employees gets there name drawn out of a hat and they get to pie a manager of their choice. Sadly, my name wasn't drawn. But.. then again, I don't want a manager to have a 'grudge' against me. (a 'fun grudge', not a bad grudge)
I'm eagerly awaiting for the artist to finish up his version 2.0 on ponifying Final Fantasy 6 ([link] ).
I used to play Pokemon, but after Red, Blue, and Yellow I end up losing interest in the series. And Runescape? Wow... I remembered Beta testing that game wwwaaayyyy back in 2000. Maybe I should see if my character is still there... And I played WoW too, I used to be a hardcore raider back in Vanilla WoW and Burning Crusade. Now, I can't justify paying the monthly fee due to the lack of play time that I can do for the game.
I read about your Pony meet up, although I would like to go to one someday. Just gotta find where's the nearest one and make the time.

Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-04-18 00:59:41 +0000 UTC]
At Claires we get to eat the lolipops we give out with ear peircings lol.
oooooh I might have to try that. Have you heard of Ponymon? it's basicly Pokemon Firered/Leafgreen with ponies. It's not really finnished but I've played it so far and I love it.
I still play it. The only one I didn't really get into was G4.
I think mine is still there. I only go on to get the holiday stuff....
It's so fun. I think you can just search it up on google.

Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-04-18 21:14:18 +0000 UTC]
Heh, free candy
I've heard of Ponymon, I'm kind of waiting for the 'official' release of it before trying it. I try to read most of Equestia Daily when I can and I've seen it appear in a few articles. There's also a Castlevania type game that's being ponified that I'm eager in.
Just wondering, you all getting some of these storms that's going around my area? The heaviest (of this year) lines of the storms is suppose to hit my area tonight into tomorrow and I had seen on a weather forecast that the jet stream goes way up in Canada. I enjoy watching storms, but... I'll be stuck in a warehouse while the weather is raging outside. Fooey. Lol
π: 0 β©: 1
Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-04-19 02:55:11 +0000 UTC]
Oooh. So many games for me to try lol
Hmmm....Well I haven't had any storms. We has abit of a snow storm a couple days ago but that's saddly normal for Canada lol. Well, where I live anyway.
I hope we get rain. I looooove rain.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-04-21 03:07:25 +0000 UTC]
Yea, I have that problem. So much to do, so little time XD
Storms were not as severe as they first predict, but we had plenty of rain. I really didn't notice much due to working in a warehouse during the storms. I do like rain and someday, I may try to make a attached shed or room with a tin roof or glass roof to listen/watch rain and storms. One of my life's goals. Heh. I love snow, but not the cold. Lol. If's it's going to be cold, there better be snow.
I'm hoping tomorrow (Sunday) will be dry enough to mow the farm again. The grass is growing quite quickly despite the temperate being kind of cold after the fronts moved thru.
There's an artist/programmer that has made is own pony games that is really good.
([link] )
The Minty Fresh (Colgate) game is really great. And I recommend trying that out. I haven't gotten a chance to play his "Pony Platform Project VI" yet. I wonder if that's as good as I've heard it to be.

Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-04-23 03:09:29 +0000 UTC]
Living in Alberta I feel like you need to love snow lol.
I used to live on the island in British Columbia and it didn't know. It rained slush lol. Very rarely did it accually snow.
Omg so many games to try.

Heh. It's raining here again. April showers bring may flowers are they say over here. However the flowers are already coming up.
Aye, not enough hours in a day (And at work, not enough minutes in a break). Lol. Like I tell many people, how in the world can anyone get bored? There's so many things to do!
π: 0 β©: 1
Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-04-26 22:37:26 +0000 UTC]
We still have no rain here. Getting hotter and sunnier, but i'm still hoping for rain. Rain, rain never go away.
I used to get bored easy as a kid. But I also rotted my brain by reading Twilight.

Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-05-02 12:34:47 +0000 UTC]
Heh, how far north are you all? I've seen on the weather forecasts them predicting the currents of the jet stream, and I'm guessing you're within the area where the jet stream takes the weather patterns around your area. Gotta have rain somewhere around ya.
Yea, I did get bored easily as a kid... trouble is, my imagination took over and well, I've gotten in trouble a quite a few times because of it. Lol.
Oh noes! Twilight! x.x That's probably unrecoverable... :-P

Not that far north from the Canadian border. Kinda middle Alberta.
Same here. I drifted off so much in class they actually thought I was having seizures.
Yaaa....Your mind does rot abit. Tho, I feel like it numbed my mind abit. Letting me take more movie/book shit then most can take. I must say. I was forced to watch the movie....and the movie IS actually worse.

Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-05-07 06:27:27 +0000 UTC]
Aye, I know where's about you are. And yes, if I remember correctly, the weather maps had the jetstream going around your part of Canada. I assume it's changed, it's been awhile.
I worked on digging ditches and cleaning gutters all day today. Helping out a friends place. Oddly enough, right after I cleared the last ditch, it began to rain. Interesting timing on that, but at least I did see that I had gotten it dug correctly and pulled water away from the house.
From what I had heard, I don't think I want to touch Twilight book or movie with a ten foot pole.

Sorry about the delay, and I apologize that it'll be way more difficult for me to log on now. I'm in the process of giving up my house to avoid being foreclosed upon. So, I'll be roving around as a Nomad for the time being. Aw well, not all is lost and I'll find a way to do things. Renting apartments and such is so danggone expensive... meh

thanks much, but wow.. what a twist of events. Spend four days packing and getting ready for the move (inbetween going to work and sleep.. heh) and at the last minute, a background check of the individual proved that the person wasn't trustworthy.
Meh.. and things would be so much easier if everything happened as it should. *sigh*
More rain and thunderstorms on the way tonight. Too bad I'll be stuck in a warehouse all night so I can watch them. Have you gotten anything up there? Surely you would have too, summer's nearly here!

Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-05-23 20:39:39 +0000 UTC]

Aye, you are right. And then work decides to switch me from working Tuesday night thru Saturday morning to working Sunday night to Thursday morning. I can't seem to get a break, and even when I'm not working, it's hay season on the farm and we've gotten most of the first cutting of hay off the fields last weekend. Later today some severe weather is expected, never a dull moments around here.
Is there any brony meet ups or any more cons around your area? I keep forgetting to look and see if I have any around my area, but I fear I can't make time if there is one near by. Feooy.
π: 0 β©: 1
Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-06-06 00:19:38 +0000 UTC]
Theres a Brony con in Canada for the first time this year. It's gonna be in BC, August sometime.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-06-11 11:00:44 +0000 UTC]
Any plans to go there?
I looked up for some Brony meetups around my area, and I may do my best to visit one of them. Probably after hay season though, that takes up nearly every weekend of mine. Gotta make money for the farm someway.
Oh, have you been following that Equestian Girls movie that should be released sometime soon? I'm wondering about how good or faithful it might be. With what I've heard and seen, it looks like it'll just be a long goofy episode. Other than that, I guess I would have to go watch it. *shrugs*
π: 0 β©: 1
Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-06-13 04:54:22 +0000 UTC]
Eh, not really sure honestly
I'm actually really excited for it. Its like a phrase I read about how us Bronies watched a TV show we thought we wouldn't like, but here we are.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-06-17 20:53:57 +0000 UTC]
True, I am interested in seeing it.. and I sort of promised my nieces that I would take them to see Equestian Girls... however... due to their limited openings in a few theaters, there isn't one relatively close by... oops. I'll have to wait for the DVD, or acquire it in some other form to see it. Heh, oh well.
On a side note, I have a truck pull to be in this Saturday. I'm an avid diesel mechanic wannabe, and I have a truck that I like to see how it does pulling a sled down a track. I've done two last year and I'm eager to do more this year. But time, if I break down... and money. Oh well, gotta do something fun with your hobby. Heh. Also, I have my nieces wanting me to paint my truck orange and white with my OC's cutie mark... gee, I wonder how they came up with that idea?
π: 0 β©: 1
Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-06-20 06:57:31 +0000 UTC]
I managed to actually see the movie and I really liked it. I went in, thinking it would be a bad 'high school' movie add on thing, but it went a different rout. I wont spoil anything for you.
Ooh sounds fun, and OMG thats so cute!
What would your cutie mark be?
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-06-25 11:10:36 +0000 UTC]
Cool to hear about that, but I'll have to wait for DVD... or.. heh, some other way. However, does Twilight bring back a boyfriend at the end...?
Heh, the truck pull was totally awesome despite the rain, heavier sled (limit 'full pulls' and 'pull off' to save time from the late start), and my 4 wheel drive not engaging, I manage to have fun and drove my truck home. This weekend's project will be to re-juryrig the selector lever to the transmission (I think that's the issue about the 4 wheel drive). Sadly, my brother couldn't get to a good spot to record my pull due to the crowds that were there. It was packed there! x.x
Here's the link to my OC's Tumblr
[link]
I can't do much (lack of time) but it'll give you a decent idea (especially the cake drawing). I believe I've settled on 'Sunrise Edge' as my OC's name, and as for a cutie mark, I'm leaning on a sword laying horizontally with the sun rising up from the sword's edge. That's about what I'm coming up with. I'm feeling ashamed that I'm not drawing any at all, everytime I visit the farm or my niece's house, I find little drawings of her OC and my OC in her art works laying around. I really should do some of my own for her.

Cheshire-Wolfie In reply to Lonerli [2013-06-26 05:08:59 +0000 UTC]
There is a love interest, but I heard he wont be appearing in season 4.
Aw. well at least you had fun
Aww! My OC is still in the works. But I do have this one [link] .
You totally should. Then again, I don't do much actual art. Mostly doodles.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lonerli In reply to Cheshire-Wolfie [2013-07-01 21:01:09 +0000 UTC]
Heh.. well, that's a relief then. Now, gotta find a way to watch it before every other site spoils the whole movie.
Yea, I'm totally looking forward to my next truck pull. Not sure when it'll be though
A Will-o-Whisp pony? That's an interesting idea, a unique one from what I know. I'll draw when I can.. sometimes when I doodle, I end up throwing it away because I'm my own worst critic and my art skills have become so rusty... Plus time.. Like if I didn't have to go to work now... eleven hours to do stuff... like rip out the ceiling of my basement, clean out my garage, (names everything else I need to do in life...) XD
