a USB outlet wouldn't be a problem. 
I think you are talking about a normal 3.7 V output on your battery pack/ power bank?

It would be 10€ + shipping

Although I have to know if you mean two single LEDs like this

Hey there:
I don't offer sockpaws only paws build on shoes. 
But two colored handpaws start at 70€ with resin claws and silicone paw pads. When there are no markings ( for example purple fingers, the rest green would be 70€)
Arm sleeves start at 20€
Shipping not included.

But also to warn you, I own dogs and a cat so if you are allergic I'm not the right person for you. Also I'm pretty stuffed with comissions so it would be mid september till I start working on new comissions.

Since the exchange rate can vary a lot I only take payments in € even if this is no problem with paypal. But you can use a currency converter like
www.x-rates.com/calculator/
to check the GBP prices.

Also you need to send me shoes for your paws. No problem with used ones.

yes my hellhound was a fullsuit and the first suit I ever made back then XD
Comission prices are depending on what you are looking for and how complex it is. I would say partials start at 600€ and Fullsuits at 1200€ :3
