There's nothing to do about her. I'm not really a shikaino hater either, but I don't like them as a pair. But the problem is that all the signs you can see in the anime is just fanservice(or whatever you call it) there's no actual couples in the manga, except grownups that are married and such.
BUT, if it ever happens that Shikamaru gets a girlfriend it has to be Temari, they are perfect for eachother
