Could you please send me some more details about the company, how the designs will be printed as well as pay, I'd be really interested in seeing the site as well, so be sure to link me when it's up. Also I don't tend to work in vector, hence why i use cafepress because they will take bitmap images to print things, [link] You can see some of my current designs there. I am prepared to learn how to do some vector things, i have illustrator cs3, and i know people who are quite handy with it. I'm afraid I would not be prepared to sell the image itself, so i would retain rights of the image, but i can give you a liscence to use it on merchandise.

Hey, I believe you don't like using Skype so we can talk through email. Basically, I want to get you on the Blend Apparel design team, and this includes payment. Payment works by the amount of sales the shirt is making. Let's say someone buys 1 shirt that you designed, you make about $2. So if many people buy it like 10 people, then that's about $20. This stacks up until you leave the company, You will get paid by 2 week intervals, and the more designs you submit the more money you will make. I would like to have you part of the staff, and the website launches soon, so I will need five good designs to start with. I am also doing them too, and I also will have a spreadsheet created for everyone on the team to track their sales.
