Theres actually not too much texture work on that one. I used a V-ray setup for the render, with 3 lights in the scene. The materials are more or less basic v-ray materials, while all the texture work (such as the screen, the detailing on the piano and so forth) was done in photoshop. I think the trick to a good render is just as much the settings of the renderer and lighting as the materials. And off course, post work is essential
