ENT might be a good choice for a UNI that's used to be around tines. But a UNI that's not used to might be a nice subject too

That's lotta questions

Okay,I never used those mannequins ever,because the range of poses you can do with them is reeeeeeeeeeeeally limited,BUT they are a good start to learn the very basics of drawing,such as how to pose arms,legs and most of all,proportions of the human body.

Websites for reference is kinda hard to tell,cause I use Google Image mostly for those,or even Pinterest,wich is FULL of those kind of images. These two are the best source of pics for poses and anatomy IMO. There are out there even books about poses,anatomy and proportions,but I never used them

Perspective is made only by lots and lots of practice. A good advice I can give is to look at pics where perspective is really important to give the feel of how big or small a certain subject is,might be a building,a giantess or just a landscape. But the first thing is to learn how to draw things,then put them into perspective
