# About me
Hello DA,this is my first attempt at posting my poems to any site.I foucus a lot on rhyme schemes and Story poems. Its my first time on DA so i dont quite get every thing about this site,so please if i make a mistake please remember im a newbie. If you like poems this a good place to be. IF you dont like one of my poems,thats fine i tend to take critazism well. About my poems, i cant really tell you what kind they are,other then i felt like they were poems and that they rhyme so here we are. Also,if anyone has a problem with the preview pics ill gladly remove them as i know they are not mine in fact im only using them unitl i find other pictures so this is only temporary. Other than the poems i hope to later post a Fanficton series about tf2. About me: I write stuff and put it here. I am a self proclaimed "poet" and "writer",not that im saying i dont care what i do i only mean i am always in doubt that other ppl wont think the same about my poems as i do. And think there good,not the best but i enjoy doing what i do. Other than that i am also the king of mispelled words,isnt that werid? a guy who calls him self a writer and cant even spell "criticism". So Spellcheck is like my gaurdian angel most of the time and as youll be able to tell there is no spellcheck on DA,so yeah haha expect mistakes from time to time. Lost Generation.
Iβm a part of Lost Generation
and I refuse to believe that
I can change the world
I realize this may be a shock but
βHappiness comes from withinβ
is a lie, and
βMoney will make me happyβ
So in thirty years Iβll tell my children
They are not the most important thing in my life
My employer will know that
I have my priority straight because
Work
Is more important than
Family
I tell you this
Once upon a time
Families stay together
But this will not be true in my era
This is a quick fix society
Experts tell me
Thirty years from now I will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of my divorce
I do not concede that
I will live in a country of my own making
In the future
Environmental destruction will be the norm
No longer can it be said that
My peers and I care about this earth
It will be evident that
My generation is apathetic and lethargic
It is foolish to presume that
There is hope
And all of this will come true unless we reverse it
