I couldn't recall where I got them, but did a quick search and found the site again. Its aradanicostumes. They have a pretty good selection for ears among other items.
I bought my nose ring on amazon, two for six dollars. I would recommend that over making a nose ring.

Awww, you can always learn! I had no idea what I was doing at first but then I was like, "yeah this should be a thing I do, yeah man yeah." So now I'm actually decent and can make my own costumes, haha.
