I had to move from California to New Mexico, just so I can keep looking for a job.
After I moved here, I eventually found out that my work history is terrible, so I became a volunteer in a museum to improve my work history. Unfortunately, I haven't had any interviews in a long time

Life's been pretty hectic lately, with school and boys and all...I sound like such a dork, but really, that's it. How are you doing? Anything interesting happening over Christmas?

Not much has happened, kind of.
I've mostly been playing video games and doing things that I need to do. Winter makes me lazy
The only thing that concerns me is that my mom told me that I have to pay here a certain amount of money by April 1st, for rent, or I will have to move. Other than that, everything is going well.

Well I have my last final tomorrow, which I'm dreading (two in-class essays and 8 ID definitions about modern Japanese history...), but after that I'm done. My task over winter break will be to find a job...blehhh.
Although, some good things have happened recently. I met this really great guy and we've dated for almost a month. Not sure if he'll want to go official, and maybe I'm moving too quickly, but I'd be up for it. And I beat Modern Warfare 2. Awesome.

I think I can help you figure out why he is doing what he is doing, but I just need to know if he just does not want you to call him your boyfriend or if he's ok with it.
If I were to assume this, my analysis could be incorrect. I know about guys like him, and how they think, becuase I am kinda like him, if he is how you describe him.
just let me know the answer to the question that i asked, and i can tell you what he is probably doing.

He's still acting like the same guy he always had been, but I think, after spending hours thinking about it, plus sleeping on it, I've come to the understanding that I probably DID jump the gun and that he's not ready for that step yet. I've changed my mind about what I did--I think I did the right thing, which was say what was on my mind. I was myself, pure and simple. He seems to be taking it just fine, though, which is encouraging. We're going to hang out again tonight.
