# About me
Chris is considered to be a passionate filmmaker who always has his eye on the ball. His peers often regarded him as "gutsy" and thought of him as an eccentric person who never gave up on his vision for a picture he was working on.He completed Film school roughly a year ago, majoring in Writing and Directing. He completed his BA Honours at AFDA film school in South Africa and since then has achieved much success, being able to have his latest film AT THY CALL, to be the only South African short film to be screened at Cannes film festival 2008 as well as selling his previous independent 50 minute short /feature to an American distributor.
His first feature film, Angel of the Skies, is a world war 2 film about a South African pilot who flies for Bomber Command in Royal Air Force. His bomber gets shot down over Germany and he and his surviving crew try make their way back home. The film signed and international distribution deal with United Kingdom distributor and sales agent, Kaleidoscope Entertainment, and was released in over 25 international territories. Chris wrote, directed, edited and did all the VFX for the film. He took a year off to just teach himself the VFX needed to pull off the film and made the movie with just over $30,000 US dollars. I'm alright I have just been very stressed with treatments and rehearsing for Ricardo and lots and lots of stuff but I got in my treatment and acting lecture told me it was looking good so im like phew. Im not even in film chris im stuck with mcp. Fucking afda. Fucking hate that place haha so i cant really wait till im done. I didnt even get chosen for honours.. but whatever i dont really care i dont want to come back here anyways.. i got a performance to do today and im bladdy scared for it haha.
