first of all i don't know the other person but maybe it's thier original and they drew the work and if not then i'm just going have to ask you to delete yours only. plus I don't do such deals. I wont search them, if you want them banned then do it yourself.
It's like saying "Im not quiting this drug until every criminal who has done it is caught first!" Are you going to wait till the last second to take off a art piece and get banned? SRSLY If you don't get it then how would you feel if some one stole something from you on this site like your pictures and they posted it on FLickr and all they said "I got it from a certain website" wth no credit on WHO drew it and what they thought of the work. woudn't that just frikin suck?

whether or not, it isn't your picture. It's hurtful to the original artist and disrespects the rules on this website. You can get in trouble for this. I plead you to remove the images. If you don't believe me I will show you exactly in the contract this is stated. please consider my words.
