Well, I had a rude opinion before (well actually, I dont mind a rude opinion, just dont tell em t put shit in scraps...also, the peson who told me a piece was shit stated the reasons and i like dat)... go ahead and block him. and of course u might find someone sain sumthin rudely. once in the blue moon i might be a tad rude, but i atleast justify a reason for why somethign is good or bad.

Yeah I don't mind constructive criticism. I like it when peopel tell me WHY they dont' like my art. I preferr it to be nicer, and not put rudely, cause rudeness does kinda hurt when I work so hard to improve, but peopel DO have their opinions.
