Hah! My god that is adorable. And you said you wanted it made of minky?
Is there a specific time frame you were thinking, or date by which you need it made, or can it be over a long time span. I have quite a full workload at the moment but I'd love to work on creating this plush as a commission for you. Just to let you know, to design a pattern from scratch and then build the plush takes a considerable amount of time and labor so it won't be an inexpensive plush. How much were you thinking you wanted to spend on this commission?

yes minky and it can be over time .im not going to rush you ^^ as for how much i want to spend on it.... well idk i mean it depends on how hard it is to make? is there a specific down payment for it . if so then ill pay that then we/you could come up with a price later. all i have saved up is 47$ USD .i clearly have not enough but im working on it .

Well, I usually factor in the cost of the materials in the price and minky is a bit pricier than the average plush fabric but it is SO worth it XD

So what I'm thinking is if you would like to send me 50 USD over paypal (as a down payment) after we nail down the terms of the commission, I'll wait until the next time Minky Delight Fabrics has a sale since you aren't in a big hurry and order it. Then so the total price of the plush will come down a little thanks to the sale price of fabric. Minky usually has sales every few months so it shouldn't be too long before the next one. In the meantime, what I usually do before making the final plush is design the pattern in muslin, which is a very cheap fabric I keep on hand. (The price of the materials used for the muslin prototype is not part of the cost of your plush )

As for the final cost of the plush, I need a little more information first before I can give you a final quote. For example, how large would you like the plush to be? for this type of plush I would usually make the eyes out of fabric with embroidered edges, but if you want resin or acrylic eyes that would obviously be a little more expensive due to different materials and time constraints etc.

I do want to make clear, though, that from here out I'd like to communicate through either private DA notes, or email. please send your reply to this message as a note and I'll give you my email info in a note afterward. Once I receive your note, I'll archive these posts and then hide them from my wall because I prefer to keep commission details off my public profile page.

Hey there! I wanted to let you know, unfortunately I don't see myself doing any more Coba adoption rounds since so many people adopted but never drew their Coba in the last few rounds. I really appreciate you taking the time to design some for the adoption rounds though and I'm very sorry, but I probably won't be re-painting your second round of collab Cobas since I have so much work on my plate right now I can't really justify spending time on the adoption rounds especially since so few people participate and follow through.

Hahaha exactly! That is actually a big part of what inspired me to make them! I noticed there were nothing but big huge carnivores on this site for the most part. And I love alpacas.
