I have the same problem, but it's better than what it use to be. I use to not be able to finish anything or I would keep having to start something over because I thought it looked like crap. Or it felt like it was taking so long that I would rush through to finish it. But my new year's resolution was to create a least 1 deviantART worthy piece every month. I'm not sure if I can keep that resolution for this month though, 'cause I'm doing this detailed piece that could take a while, and I haven't been working on it because I got this nasty cold and I just don't want to do anything at the moment.

Well, usually, whenever I try to finish a drawing seriously, it turns out looking horrible. If I just doodle, though, it tends to turn out much better for some reason. (So yeah, I tend to upload doodles more than anything else.) I've kind of been aiming for one completed drawing a week, but I've been doodling more than anything else, and uploading those instead. Eh, I guess it's better than nothing, though.Β Β Anyway, I'm starting this drawing that's probably going to take a while (possibly). If I don't procrastinate, then maybe a few days - if I do, then it's going to take me a week or two. I'm kind of sick right now, too, unfortunately.
And that's alright. xD I like ranting, too.

Yeah I tend to just doodle a lot. I can only do a complete drawing once a month because my life is just so busy with school and band. I don't have enough time in the day.

I use to procrastinate (with homework), but I've gotten so much better since I started high school. I just remind myself that it feel so much better once you've gotten stuff done rather than putting it off and have to do everything last minute.
