I think it would be a bit sketchy for most sites if you upload other people's work under your own account/username, plus you can mostly only save/share things from that particular site only
that's why pinterest is better for two things; if you ad *pin it* button to your browser you can basically go anywhere, on google image search, any site, you can hover over any pisture you like and it shows you the *pin it* button and you can save stuff right form there and then, and the next thing, you don't really *upload* stuff, but *pin* them so it still shows up with the soure and the link to where you pinned something from which is then also better for the artistΒ
So for the doll maker images you didn't build yourself, you need to take those down unless the people who DID build those images gave you permission to re-post them.
