When you have questions: you can ask. ^^ Like when you are not sure in which folder an adopt belong.
If your adopts are not accepted or declined after 1-2 days, please tell me. It can happen, that i oversee it, be to ko after work to go online or deleted it by mistake (my pc is laggy in the last time. ...).

When an adopt is declined, it is the wrong folder or against one of the rules.

your pixel egg journal is like custom adopts right? then you can submit it into: Adopts based journal like adopt sale
