Oh! You type : love : or : heart : or whatever. Remove the spaces though.
You can also hit the preview button to double check that they work before adding the comment. ^_^

oooooo, most of those are plz accounts (dA accounts just set up so people can link the icon)
If you want to link the icon of any account you type :icon username: (without the space)
