# About me
Alright, a little bit about me, right? Eh, where to begin? There's only almost nineteen years of mischief to go through. Let's start from the beginning. There I was, nearing the end of the tunnel, seeing nothing but a bright light and a doctor waiting to catch me... Too much? Well, let's start with the basics. My name is Daniel.I'm eighteen years old and I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I graduated high school and was planning on attending college in the Winter, but that got blown out of the waters, what with my dad's open heart surgery and all, so that'll have to wait 'til the next semester. I plan on eventually being in the medical field, possibly an Internist (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a doctor of internal medicine). I am planning, however, on doing a double major, and also taking up culinary. I LOVE cooking. And as a minor? Creative Writing. That aside, for the time being, I work at Winn-Dixie. And for those of you southerners who know about Winn-Dixie, I'll gladly give you my job. I hate it.
~ Hobbies ~
A R T ~ I absolutely love the arts. Now, don't get me wrong. I used to despise it. It's not like I turned into a huge art freak over night. But I decided once when I was at my mom's that I was going to try and sketch. And then, within a couple of days, I had close to a dozen sketches. I know that it's not a lot, but it is, considering I am soooooo not artistic. Currently, and I have not drawn in awhile, I have twenty-six (26) sketches drawn. Most of them, you won't see, because they didn't turn out all that good. I am also huge on poetry, having written over a hundred poems myself in the course of a single year.
W R I T I N G ~ No, I do not consider poetry in the same boat as writing. I am huge on roleplaying, which has been the primary inspiration behind my desire to write. I have tried writing a novel eight different times and failed epically every single time simply because I could not think of a central plot. However, I am finally coming up with a plot that I am excited about and looking forward to writing. I owe it to my friend, Anne, for creating her roleplay The Book of Paradise, as well as my friend Kat, for creating her roleplay Savage Heart, both of which gave me such a strong inspiration for my writing.
M U S I C ~ I sing. Kind of. Some people love my singing. But in all truth, I tend to avoid singing around anyone anymore because back in... Was it seventh grade? Or eighth? Either way, my chorus teacher told me I was tone deaf. I know, right? I mean, I used to love singing. And my sister would make fun of me, saying that I was howling. But I loved it. Now, unless I am at church, I try to avoid singing around people. At least in English. I can sing in Spanish all I want around people, primarily because if I hit a note wrong, you're not gonna know unless you know how it should sound.
C O O K I N G ~ I am a gourmet chef at heart, and I can say that because I learned from the best of the best. No, not Guy Fieri, Rachael Ray, Alton Brown, or Paula Deen. I learned from my Abuela, who, unfortunately, passed away this past Mother's Day. Being Puerto Rican and Cuban, she cooked a lot of Hispanic dishes. But she loved food, and she loved cooking. And like my father, I inherited that love. Ask me to cook something, and I'll whip it right up, recipe or no.
Good enough?

Ah, thank you. I thought your picture about the Twilight books was hilarious. While I will admit to enjoying the books for the most part, I agree with it. Stephanie Meyer's got nothing on Richelle Mead. XD
Side Note: Edge makes you a giggly, quivering puddle of fangirl-goo? Why not Arumat?

D'aww. That's saddening. Well, not really. Arumat's bad-ass, but I gotta give it up for... whatshername...
