Oh if your still learning how to draw, here is a trick you can probably use.

Try to draw an MLP figurine from sight by hand with whatever media you have.

I'd recommend a soft charcoal personally and use cheap paper (you will want to draw a lot of these) because it is such a messy media that you will be forced to let mistakes happen and just roll with it (which should help you develop as an artist).

After you feel a bit comfortable with still life figurines try moving on to doodling people in the mall, street or classrooms using the same method, do it fast, draw lots.

Much Art, So Learning.
