It's my morning off, so was able to read the story thus far. Again, not into most of the other stuff of the crossover but was able to enjoy Marie's parts pretty nicely. She's apparently lightned up, but using fire-jutsus isn't that much of a stretch of the imagination for her. I also liked the touch of giving her A-Cup Angst since even as an adult she's probably a Pettanko. Plus I can really see her getting along with Kotaro, as you mentioned.

The uh... Hook-Up thing felt kind of weird, but no big deal.

Also, while I was on your page I read that story about Negi watching some Slender Man Mythos videos. I thought that was pretty good, in particular the thing about him losing control of his powers and Asuna taking care of him. And the ending of course. ^^
