um we do not have the japanese language characters installed into our computer. But just because we dont have the hiragana/katakana/kanji characters in our computer doesn't mean that you need to critisize. sure, we may not be able to type Japanese characters, but we can type/ speak/ and read japanese at quite fluent levels.

you don't know Japanese so don't use it in your deviation submissions. Unless you know FULL Japanese and are fluent in it, you shouldn't use it at all. you speak English, use full English.
