yeah it is true since the holidays in fact finishes this sunday 06 january because of three kings day by fact here in my country that day is classified as the end of Christmas and New Years celebrations...next up Valentines day hehe

Same here - the thirteenth day of Christmas is the end of the christmas celebrations...

wow our respective countries are so coincidential..and i thought that our celebrations were hispanic traced since in Anglo America they tend to have a different taste of sense to celebrate christmas...like for example in the states christmas begins officially after thanksgiving...here in Ecuador it commences after the All Souls Day holidays which if we account to the culmination til three kings day it is two months of Christmas spirit and here some people tend to leave the christmas trees and decorations for two months

I guess it's basically the same year of church holidays, but some of ours are also a bit influenced by earlier customs and stuff.--

man that is so much work...you must take a specific day to rest from work...i for example take sundays to rest from my jub business which is from monday til saturdays being fridays and saturdays the most busiest days of the 6 i work...also some mondays i tend not to open and wednesdays when i see the week very poorly...right now im taking a 5 day vacation since it is carnaval and here in Ecuador many jobplaces close to pass the carnaval days relaxing with family members and onto the beaches

ohhhh Sweden...nice country i like it though they say it is pretty cold up there but some climate workers say that the warm ocean currents make Stockholm more warme than Moscow or cities in central asia or siberia
i wish to visit the country someday especially making the Copenhagen-Stockholm route via the tunnel and Malmo
ohhhh snow...man is true snow can be cute but afterwards it turns out to be very annoying especially when harden or mixed with rain it covers the streets with slush and man thats annoying...i know since i lived in New York quite sometime before in my teen years

FeudorLaurent In reply to DS4ever [2013-04-28 10:54:48 +0000 UTC]
Definitely warmer than Moscow, but also wetter. Summers can be nice, though.

waht is very wet in your city...same here but in the north of the country it rains all year round and very hardly...in contrast to many opinions and maps my country does have a desert but it is not very arid like in the sahara or atacama but it recieves less than 200 mm of rain per year and thus clasifies a s a desert climate...but like many climate people do say...the amazonian region rais all year round
and to what degree can it make it on the hottest day
π: 0 β©: 1
FeudorLaurent In reply to DS4ever [2013-05-01 12:45:53 +0000 UTC]
It can get about 30 degrees C on hot days in summer, but usually it's cooler---
π: 0 β©: 1
DS4ever In reply to FeudorLaurent [2013-05-05 21:33:22 +0000 UTC]
ohhh thats very nice...here temps can soar up to 35 C in the inland areas far away from the coast while coastal cities get up to 30 C...the waters of the coastal areas are typucally aroud 25 C so it can be very nice to bathe but only for a few months which is from january to april but from now til december the waters go back to be cooler because of the humboldt influence current
π: 0 β©: 1
FeudorLaurent In reply to DS4ever [2013-05-21 18:38:12 +0000 UTC]
35 C would be a bit too much for me, but 25 in the sea sounds nice!

DS4ever In reply to FeudorLaurent [2013-07-01 01:12:54 +0000 UTC]
yeah so very nice....that why i lve living in the equatorial coasts...although much more south the waters can be very cold especially in the southern hemisphere winter
yeah 35 C is the maximum but inlands it can reach even 40 C

Just came back from a holiday in the south of France - it hit just under 35 C most days!
A little too much for me! I really do appreciate the AC in the car and in the hotel...

DS4ever In reply to FeudorLaurent [2013-08-20 04:48:09 +0000 UTC]
i can deeply understand you alot since in your country it is rare that tempos surpass the 30 degree mark and you are not accustomed to feel 30 plus temperatures...i for one am accustomed to 30 plus temperatures and even like that i need some shade and a/c since the UV rays can affect one as well
here to have an A/C is very rare and only the upper class have A/C and one must go to a mall or have a top model car to hace feeling a A/C...i for one am a middle class and have a Chevrolet Aveo 2011 with a/c and in my home i hace a/c but must control it the use since the energy costs can soar up by most uses :\

FeudorLaurent In reply to DS4ever [2013-08-24 16:47:42 +0000 UTC]
AC didn't use to be so common here - it is mostΓΆly the cold that is a problem - but it is coming more and more. The car has an AC, which is nice---
