You're welcome :) (Smile) Yea, an excavation in Holland is a complete different experience, especially when you're in the seaclay-areas. It's very cewl, can tell you that. Do you know in what place/area your Dutch Family lives? In spring we as students get a lot of invitations to join all kinds of excavations; I think it might be possible to join one of those digs, but you don't get paid for it... hehe ;) (Wink)

Hi... sorry for the long reply. Trying to turn in my thesis proposal, which is a lot harder than I imagined. =) (Smile)

Umm... let's see. My brother's dad lives in Amsterdam, and they have some family around that area. I think there is also some in Rotterdam, Ankheusen (my spelling is horrible)... I'd have to ask my Mom specifically but mainly those are the places I'd be.
No prob with money. I used to work in Archaeology so I've experienced the business aspect, and it's always nice when the uni here pays me to join a dig, but a lot of the work I do is for fun. I figure, as long as they feed you all is good!

Heeejj :) (Smile) Sounds like your family lives exactly at the good place for you Amsterdam has a university which offers Archaeology, and if they haven't got anything for you there's also the university of Leiden, only 30 minutes with the train away from Amsterdam. I've never been to one of those universities, my university is 200 kilometres more up north :p (Lick)
Both universities have a lot excavations :) (Smile)

Ja, Brabant is ook best leuk hoor! Veel meer bos dan bij jullie.. in Friesland is veel meer ruimte en veeeel meer water! Wel grappig dat er binnen zo'n klein landje als Nederland toch zoveel verschillende landschappen te vinden zijn! :) (Smile)

Jaah idd :D (Big Grin) Zelfs binnen Friesland; ik woon op de echte pure klei bij de Waddenzee, is hier één grote akker eigenlijk, terwijl een studiegenoot 19 kilometer verderop in het Woudengebied woont, met boomwallen en begroeiïng :) (Smile) Heeft zeker wel wat
