Got no idea, just, energies have been slowly feeling tenser and tenser over the last 2-3 months. I don't know. I kind of stopped practicing once school hit again and just got re-centered so maybe it's just because I'm back to square one with sensing them. I have no idea =[ But if it is something building up, it's not something all too great.

Energies and things have been all feeling pretty normal, the only odd thing that happened was the other night I saw a great amount of energy mist in the lounge room, left me speechless, and then it was gone...
