For the issue of catching viruses I personally had no problem with it, the site looks quite safe >_>
However there had been some periods of "Fishing", in case you don't know what it is it's basically people telling you something like "Hey somebody mentioned you on that website [link]" and other things inciting you to go see a website asking you to log into it BUT in reality it links you to them and you're pretty much screwed.
But "Fishing" is dangerous only if you're too naΓ―ve to fall into it, otherwise there's no danger.
As for being arrested I personally heard nothing about that but obviously you can be dealt with if you're being nefarious, incorect, racist and other stupidities of the kind.
