Okay...I've tried to be nice to you.  I've tried to tolerate you in the kindest way possible over these many years and now I think it's time I planted the boot of reality up your rear end.

Let me put this in terms you'll understand:
If I find you using my characters, anywhere on or off of DeviantART, I will report you for theft. 

It's clear you don't get the meaning of the word 'No, I do not allow for this'.  You might be thinking you're doing me a favour by coming up with your own endings.  You're not, sweets.  Just because I left the project where it ended doesn't mean it's an open invitation for you to continue it.  If I say leave it alone, I mean it.  It usually means somewhere down the track maybe I'll pick it up, redesign it and change into something more meaningful and physical, like an animation project of some kind.  Might take a number of years, but that's how all of my old projects end up - recycled into something more - it's been my artistic process since the day I started drawing/writing.  It's not there for you to take and run with like somehow because it's in the to-do box, it's suddenly become yours to keep.

That's like walking into my home uninvited.  It's insulting and invasive.

Whilst I appreciate the many fans who enjoyed the ASF, drew fanart, asked questions, enjoyed the storyline with its cavernous twists and turns, the bottom line is just because I dropped the ball with it doesn't mean I'm passing the torch to someone else.  Yeah, I get that I inspire people with my work, but the minute they take my characters and plan their own worlds with them, making them older/younger, fall pregnant, different fanpairings, whathaveyou, the characters become someone else's desires and intentions, and whatever I intended/planned for them vanishes in the crush of that.  The very last thing I want is for my work to become supplanted into someone else's ideals, especially ideals I don't understand or don't want anywhere near my established world/s.

Not to flog a dead horse, but your attempt to supplant Thomas Douglas Marlesbury (Warrior) into a Disney-related fantasy story all those years ago still has me scratching my head as to how in god's name you even made that connection possible in the first place.  I'm all for creativity, but you made a link somewhere I'm still struggling to understand.  It didn't make any sense then, and still doesn't make any sense even now.  I can also recall a time where you wanted me to supplant your artwork into my gallery, a fact that I'm still trying to work out why that happened and I still don't quite understand why you got so pissed at me when I refused to do that.  And that event applies even now; you try to take over worlds with no one at the helm because somehow you think you can make it better, but your understanding of the worldbuilding is fleeting at best.  You mix fandoms that have no business being thrown into established backgrounds, and then wonder why people are like "What? O_o" when you end up posting them.  I don't know what goes on in your head, pumpkin - I can't understand it, and going from your body of work, I'm not sure I want to understand it either.  And that's being honest.  I'm actually struggling to make sense of why you want my characters so badly if not for the fetish fuel your gallery is full of?  You've made one attempt, ONE, at trying to fit your world around my characters and it's been nothing short of unsuccessful.  I'm not wrapping my head around how you suddenly think your many fanons are magically going to fix the separate worlds and ideals we have.

I have read your journals where you've whined about "people getting the wrong idea about you", and it appears that it's not twigging in your mind that people are getting the wrong idea about you based on your gallery and subsequent actions.  Do the words "Fetish Fuel" mean anything to you, pumpkin?  That's pretty much where people are drawing the line between crazy and psychopathic, ya dig?  You're allowed your fetishes, sweetheart, but don't parade them around as if you think it's easily overlooked.  There's some things a 24yo shouldn't be displaying to the world and then crying about how people are suddenly avoiding him when "he's such a nice guy".  You've only yourself to blame for the misconceptions, and let's be fair, you've been somewhat ignoring the signs of that for as long as I've known you.

My worlds based on the ASF are not yours to take.  Plain and simple.  I don't feel anyways comfortable having someone else take something I've worked for years on and, essentially, rape it from the ground up.  Again, I don't care how many "fanons" you have; I'm not comfortable with your attitude in relation to them.  If people wanted more ASF stuff, they're perfectly willing to wait for it, or perfectly capable of understanding if the world is altered or changed down the track at some point.  You on the other hand don't seem to get that, and seem to consider rushing the process along as the perfect way to get permission from me to post your take on my world.  I'm not comfortable with that idea either.  We've never discussed the ASF at length together, ever; how can you claim to know that what you consider "best taste" also matches mine?  Your assumptions do not leave me with anything but bad feelings.  Those are my honest feelings on the matter.

By the way, and just so we're clear, asking me if I would "deny my fans of my work" is called guilt-tripping and I do not appreciate it.
You're 24 years old, that may have worked in kindergarten, but it doesn't work on grown adults.  And it doesn't work on me.

And it never will.

Okay, I get the picture. 😢 But there was no need to take it like that. My word, I thought I had problems with fannons and dedications on here before. I tried to be polite and people throw it back in my face.

Countless times, I have assured many people that I wouldn't put their characters into such positions as you mentioned, and I would not betray that trust.

Plus, I wasn't actually whining, but making a point in case I was being misunderstood. And I certainly wouldn't mean to cause guilt-tripping at any cost to anybody.

And as for Warrior and Goofy connection, sure they're not the world's most brightest figures, and maybe "athletically challenged" (to quote Max) but they have hearts of gold and will stick by their friends no matter what.

I can assure you that there was no attitude involved whatsoever, just a polite and harmless enquiry from a dedicated fan who wished to help keep your world alive - after all, I sent you that portrait of the ASF a few years back, and there was no objection then.

But if that is how you feel, my dedication works for you will wait in the wings till then. But may there not be any ill-favors from either of us, go forward in our beliefs and prove that we were not mistaken in mind.

I was always under the impression all the silence comment-wise meant those went largely ignored...glad to see that's my self-conscious artistic side up to her usual tricks.  Thank you for continuing to appreciate what I do, hun

A lot of them were in DIRE need of being redrawn, and I simply didn't have the time/energy to concentrate on them at the time of that decision.  I got back into artistic work on a fulltime basis a few days ago, realised this little fact and have worked on ways to cut my time spent colouring those pieces down by a number of hours.
  
I have been working on a few new bits and pieces which have been moved to my new niche on Tumblr, so feel free to go a'lookin' there if you're after TUGS fanart ;D
