Thanks i have been doing them for sketch card competition. Soon as the competition ends mid this month i will be onto some new subjects and possibly some new commisions I really enjoy drawing Star Wars because there is so many subjects to choose from!

Best of luck to you reguarding the sketch card competition! I have some-but haven't had much luck drawing on them. I can do small drawings in my sketchbook-but not on the cards! I have no clue why not.
Yes, Star Wars is an endless, and wonderful world of fantastic beings and creatures-one reason I love the fandom!

Also, are you going to do a drawing for The Gungan Cafe's Mnster Mash up challenge? It is just for fun.

Thanks! I find the best way to work with sketch cards is by just to keep praticising. Do outlines 2.5" x 3.5" in you're sketchbook and do mock ups of what you're card is going to be. My next sketch card project I'm hoping to do is of LOL cats I'm hoping to do cards of Ceiling Cat, Basement Cat, Monorail Cat + more and then list them on ebay.

I had a look at the competition. Sounds very interesting indeed...might have to have a go.

I thank you for the great advice when it comes to the art cards. When I get a chance I will do some small thumbs for the cards.

Well, I missed the contest! Congrats to the winner though!

I am trying my first real attempts at a couple art cards. I wanted to give a couple of my GF's (Abe Sapien Fangirls) here a surprise. So, yes, I am drawing a couple of Abes for them. I will post them, then mail them. I would like to know what you think of them when they are done.

Also, I will have to go to your profile/gallery to see your L.O.T.R cards so far---I haven't seen them in my messages-even though I thought I was watching you! If I am not, I will fix that!

Thanks for the watch! And I loved your journal. I did watch several of the featured artist.

Here is a guy that I know that does artcards: He is fantastic! But he hasn't been here for a couple of weeks because some +ssh+le hacked his account! I have one of my cards up now,,,but it isn't very good. I will have to practice working on them..Also, I have macular degenateration-so I will not beat myself up over my first cards! (Abe Sapien of course!)
