I apologize if you've already gotten your answer. But this means that if a new person in the chatroom doesn't attempt to contact an available mod within an hour of them joining, they will be kicked from the room, because it doesn't seem like they're really interested in being in the room anyway, and we don't deal with idlers.

remember.
Most people can't defeat themselves by themselves.
That is why we have friends and/or medication.
If you cant trust in one or the other you will lose to yourself like every one before you.

So in the end you have to choose between your pride and your happiness.
Your choice does affect your friends and family.

and im not the only one.
and since you've been avoiding me with this subject then obviously others felt the need to bring it up to me.

I know. And I appreciate you coming to me, as well as others being concerned for me. I have very few friends that really care, and I guess that's why I don't talk about things often. The only people who have showed me time and time again are Bryce and Mom, and I have a hard time talking to people these days that aren't them.

I appreciate your concern. I really do. I just don't know how to stop being so emotional.

Anxiety and depression are killers and every one suffers them from time to time
but once you no longer know what it is that is cause those feelings you need help.
If you think you what is causing those feelings then make a plan to correct the issues and move on.
If it doesn't work your back to square one.
