I do not know what your motive was by posting that on my profile, trying to warn me he says it to everyone? Or just trying to make me feel hurt by calling me ugly? It was completely rude since you decided to cause drama on my page. If you have something to say to Rikochetgallery, I suggest posting it on his profile or sending him a note. And maybe next time think twice before you post something disrespectful on my or anyone else's wall; this isn't Myspace of Facebook its an Art site, it's not meant for this sort of bull.

Do I actually look 14? I am 20 actually- not that it matters he didn't do anything offensive. Anyways its none of my business but please next time just write it in a note i don't like this sort of drama and especially not on my art site. Thank you for the warning, but I can handle myself - plus I already have a boyfriend lol

recently have been shooting a lot of HDR. tools of the trade currently using are a digital canon SLR, L series lenses, aperture, photoshop and topaz elements.

I love horses, and these were from a long time ago and I kept putting it off to upload them.
You can upload as many Great Blue Herons and other pictures as you like! Then we will be even.

Il be sure to do that then! I tend to upload one a day if im uploading, and save the rest for the following days. or at least pace them over a few hours each, you get more people exposed to your work like that than if you just upload them all in one big session. You should try it. Your really deserving of more credit than you have, your photography is awesome and deserves a lot more exposure.

That is a good idea thanks! I do that sometimes, I just always forget about them if I have a lt or I am to lazy. I am done uploading them for today, I will try out your way, it makes sense.

One thing i suggest is to remove the Deviantart holograph thingy you put on your photos. When uploading them you can choose to protect them using the fair usage laws etc... This basically means if anyone happened to use your shots without permission, you have a record showing you uploaded it before them, and you are the rightful owner. So they cant even use them if they want to. I do this with my work rather than using the hologram, as that ruins a lot of shots for me, and i know a few people who refuse to even favorite something if it has that on it, so i suggest putting a signature on your photo, enabling the creative commons license thingy when you upload, and leaving the hologram out. Its up to you but it really does detract from the photo sometimes.

I know it does, but I just have had my art stolen before, and I hate it. I know it takes away from the picture a lot I dont like that it does. How do you do that? When you are submiting your art? I might take it off some of my pictures, and just make them smaller so people wouldnt want them anyways. Thanks for the advice!

If you remove the option to download the full size, which i see you already do, then nobody can use your photography for any commercial use with a 900-400 pixel image. You do it while uploading. It says creative commons at the bottom of the upload page, and click choose license, select yes, use a creative commons license. and your set. If you look at my pics it informs people that its under a creative commons license, under the photograph.
