Depending on what you'd like for a chibi; I'll ask depending on how complicated the characters are. I also do ponies and stuff, as you probably could have seen from my submissions. Humans aren't my thing, so I can't do anything human, I can try chibi but there is no promise. I'll probably charge around 20 - 60 points like you said (I don't have a paypal yet so...) I've never been asked for a commission so this is new ^^

I can do all three; two for free and one for 30 points (a non chibi and semi-realistic ) drawing if you want. Obviously the mlp will be in mlp-ish style. So yeah ^^

LOL! That happened to me once too! I was so upset ;-; but its OK!! Just draw me like a little chibi white Cheshire rabbit; I need a new icon thingamajig. Draw it like the Cheshire cat in the original cartoon half faded with the stripes just left behind xD I don't know if any of that made any sense but ill just draw a sketch of it because I am terrible at explaining things ;-;
