I am thinking a sort of romance between two female cats and they are discovered by their friends and it is spread around their whole group and they get chased out.
Then it ends in them being hunted down and one dies after their group attacks and the other fights until she dies and just before she dies, she crawls towards her dead mate and dies next to her...
