Sorry for my late reply >__<.
It’s nice to talk to someone who ships almost all my favorite couples xD.
I have many reasons to ship them (warning long post xD):
RyojixFemc is basically the best video game pairing I have ever seen. Their bond is the key to understand the theme of the game and the plot and their interactions takes place througout the game (I always liked that the female route actually has Ryoji remember his time as Pharos. This is what attracts him to the Femc in the first place).
I always loved as well how interesting and versatile this pairing is: They are star-crossed lovers (even Atlus noticed the similarity to Romeo&Juliet as you can see in rank 9 of the Fortune link.), if you see Ryoji as a god (Thanatos) is becomes even more interesting: It’s almost like these ancient greek stories about these women who attract gods and most of the time it doesn’t end well.
It also resembles the Death and the maiden motif (concept of Death falling in love with a mortal woman).
And even though this paring is so doomed THEY of all the P3 pairings are the pairing that is kinda united in death xD (because of the Messiah fusion and Great Seal xD)
You can even see it like this: Since Minato is somehow Ryoji’s Hypnos (Hypnos was Thanatos’ twin and god of sleep), the Femc could be his Hemera (Thanatos’ sister, daughter of Nyx and goddess of the day).
Kinda fits their personality doesn’t it xD.
This is the same reason why I love the Tatsuya-Maya-Jun relationship from P2 which is represented through Apollo-Artemis-Hermes.

MinatoxAigis is a really cute bodyguard love xD. Aigis/aegis was the shield of Athena (who is also Aigis’ persona in the game). Athena was usually depicted as bodyguard for heros (! No wonder why she protects the protagonist). The ending with Minato (as well as the Femc since Aigis’ rooftop scene is always the canon one) also makes me think of pieta (dead Jesus on Mary’s lap).
MinatoxYukari is cute and if you see her as Isis you can understand why she wants Minato back so much (since Isis went for lengths to save her husband).
JunpeixChidori is sad as well and along with RyojixFemc represents the game the best. I always liked the HermesxMedea fusion and Junpei’s resolution scene. I always kind wanted a RyojixFemc &JunpeixChidori double date xDDDD.

As for Final Fantasy parings:
TidusxYuna was my first video game OTP back in 2001 (back then I was 11 years old. Now I’m 21 xD). They were so beautiful and sad to me.
I still love them so much and it’s so nostalgic to watch their scenes even now.
I love the FFVII triangle as well and SquallXRinoa since they developed so much.
I was also happy when I saw the ending of FFIX with ZidanexGarnet. They are cute .

My newest love is NoelxSerah from FFXIII-2 xDDDD:

Kingdom Hearts:
Both SoraxKairi and RoxasxNamine are so sweet and obvious to me xD. I adored the scene when RoxasxNamine are kinda united thanks to SoraxKairi .
I always wondered why I don’t ship anything from BBS somehow. TerraxAquaxVen are my favorite trio but they are much more like a family in my opinion xD.

(I love long posts!) RyojixMinako is also my most fav video game pairing ever too! I also love the pairing because they are a perfect couple and I love the idea of Death falling in love with the mortal woman too! And wow you also interested in Greek myth XD I think TatsuyaxMaya is a perfect couple too and it doesn't matter if Maya's older than Tatsuya~ And I love MinatoxAigis because I think they're a perfect couple too and Minato's lucky enough to have a robot who always wanted to be by his side and wanted to protect him~ And as for MinatoxYukari, I think they are also a perfect couple because I like how boy-in-blue being together with girl-in-pink, I dunno why I think its perfect and blue and pink were both male and female colours XD And I used to despised the pairing because Yukari is too bitchy and annoying for Minato but it doesn't matter to me anymore~ And I should have told you this before but I also liked MinatoxFuuka. I used to love MinatoxFuuka better than MinatoxYukari but then I realized that MinatoxYukari is a better couple~ And wow, you're WAY older than me! 9 years older! You're the same age as my sister!

I love your Yukino avatar as well, P2 (especially IS) will always be my favorite Persona part. I just love P2's style and storyline <3.
