Adachi is an extra 5$ i think, he was tho he was free for pre-order and in some places the first month of the game's release

He comes with extra story as well, he wasn't in base game because he wasn't in the original cabnite version of the game which is what base game goes off, tho it was nice for Atlas to make him and marie free for early adoptors.
