do you know were the best place to get em... I relly want/need a photshop but I have no idea about this stuff so I need help...whats better illistrauter or photoshop?

i haven't ever tried illustrator, but i really rely on photoshop. ^ u ^
and i'm not shure where i bought it, because my father bought it from his schooling program. you can probably get it at a local electronics // computer specialty shop (i.e. circuit city, best buy)
but unless your willing to spend a lot, i'm not shure if you want to buy it, to be honest. 
my photoshop was 600$ (US dollars) and mine is really outdated. so i'm not shure what any of the CS photoshops cost.

photoshop? eh, not really. you just have to experiment with all the tools and such to see what they do to certain colours//such, and once you have that down its pretty easy. ^ u ^
