I'd really like to feature your interpretation of my work on my page if it's alright. Many others I'm sure would love this! You've done an epic job! I had wanted this piece to be very classical and I never thought I quite achieved it now...you've finished it and delivered the final touches. It's a classical renaissance piece.
May I ask how long it took you?

Please feel free to feature this as you wish - couldn't have done it without your photograph.
The classical elements were all there for me, I think that's why I found it to be such appealing subject matter. And funnily enough when I went and had the drawing framed they said the exact same thing about it having a real Renaissance art feel to it.
It's difficult to say how long it took in total because I used to work on it only for an hour or two at a time when I got home from work and still had some energy left. But I would guess somewhere between 15 and 20 hours in total. I never intended to do the sheets in so much detail though, thought I'd just leave them quite sketchy but when it came down to it I just had to draw the light properly
