I seem to have forgotten about this site, its been far too long since i have posted.

I'm liking the shots you hvae of the motor racing. Thats one thing i'm looking at getting in to this year. Going to a few track days so hopefuly will get some good shots.

A few months back (maybe even year ago) I wandered through your horse pictures...using them as inspiration. Though, most of them are still in my computer, and havent wandered onto dA.

Practically impossible to get any motion blur into the shot, was hard enough to get a decent shot in the light available. Would have been nice to have a 2.8 aperture on the lens, but can't have everything

I've spotted there are a number of swans that sit in a field just 5 minutes from my front door so I am going to take my new lens and see if I can get some decent shots.

It is indeed, with Image stabilisation which is good but I hardly use it.

I aim to improve on the landing swan when I get the chance. It was taken in a bit of rush as I only noticed it out of the corner of my eye during the last couple of seconds of it's descent.
