Hmmmm, both are quite interesting I like Mass Myth a bit better, The fight for life seems a bit like a Gary Stu (A self insert where the main character is instantly amazing.) While still totally a viable story option it is much harder for people to relate to a character that hasn't earned their abilities. But that's just my opinion.
