just because deathring has swords and Spots as mask decoration doesn't mean he is a deadpool rip-off.
first of all. deadpool uses guns too and other hightech stuff. Deathring is blades only.
Deadpool has skin-cancer and is somewhere in his late 30's, Deathring is in his early 20's and perfectly healthy
Deadpool has regenerative powers, Deathring knows how to break the laws of friction (if anyone knows the name of this kinda power please help)
Deadpool always cracks jokes and likes his Mutant-powers. Deathring hates that he has become the victim of demonic gene-treatment. this leading to the fact that he doesn't see any bright side to it.
Also Deathring is the reluctant leader of his team of heroes

To my knowledge, you move quite fast if you have no friction.
And I wasn't trying to insult anyone, just making my point clear.
Because in my opinion he looks too much like Deadpool.
