No, don't think that. Don't EVER think that. It only means that you're no longer bad and slowly getting better, as ironic as that sounds. It just means people don't take pity on you and comment (Okay, I hope that won't offend you since you've gotten better and it's the cold truth.) Now, I'd say you're an artist-in-the-works rather than random-teenage-doodler XD. Just a little more and I promise you'll get way more comments. Or else, I'll personally hand you a gun and feel free to shoot me.
Though, on improving - if you ask me, I feel as if you have potential, just you need to find your style. I swear, when I found out the diffrence of my drawings BEFORE I found my style and after, I almost peed myself XD just figure out what genre and sub-genre you wanna work on, and work up from there. Try digital art. Markers. Something new.

Well I love the manga style. I end up drawing a lot of animals, because tat's where I got my beginnings an that' what I'm best at. I'm working on my people. I think I only have three(ryder, Generator Rex, and the complete a picture) posted o this account but I've drawn more than that, they're just lost somewhere ^^' Writing's really what I'm best at, but I enjoy drawing too.

I know that I may not be able to give a good answer, since I haven't seen all your drawings, but there's something in you that I see in all of those beginner novice artists that work on furries - it's holding you back 'cause it's too easy and you're too afraid to try something hard. Yeah, that's what caused me to stay back ALL through fifth grade to the end of eighth. But near the summer I was like "Huh, maybe I should actually find my own style so so-and-so won't say I'm bad." that's how I started. What you see above is me practicing hard for ONE YEAR. Seriously. If I ever do in improvent meme or something, you'll see how bad I was.
