Man I am starting to remember why I like DA and what I didn't like... the people mostly. I have a real corker for you.
I started a thumbshare thread, where I said I would offer advanced critique. And I got some good stuff and some horrible stuff, and for this one bitch I ripped to shreds because she traced a picture of catherine zeta-jones and tried to pass it off as her own. Plus her work was terrible overall. I mean everyone references but she was plagerizing. We have a comment scirmish and she's so pathetic that she starts a new account and comments negatively on one of my pieces, trying to pretend its someone else. While the account was started the same day, has only one comment, to me and her old screen name is the only watcher. This bitch is goin down. Its on like donkey kong.

Hey, well you asked this question like 2+ months ago but i've been sorta inactive on deviantart. Anyway the software i've used for creating 3d-movies and such is Maya, then of course Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects and such software for editing, doing effects. But most of the work is done in Maya. You'll need a LOT of patience if you want to get into it, but once you do it's a lot of fun
