took me a while to realize that it's not you being stupid (it's not my birthday at all!).... I'm running around with the camera so much that no one has had a chance to take a pic of me! Found some cool markers though so I'm coloring right now!

sigh... i drove the audi without oil apperently.............................................................................................................



So you can imagine it was fucked, this happened a week before the semester started so I had to get a new car fast. The cheapest option just so happened to be a manual, so I had to learn how to drive that on my way to school basically. Yeah.
It was great.

The only thing I still have problems with now are steep hills

Hey! Doing well, but I've had some mysterious cough for over a month. Trying to ignore it. Oh well.

School is good because I haven't been in school since December 8. I'm glad to have such an awesomely long break.

I leave for Australia on the first, so not long at all. Less than one week at this point. I can't wait. This is sort of surreal; never imagined I would get to go somewhere like this!

I hope that school stuff goes better for you, and that you get unsick. I think everyone has been sick these days. Not very cool.

I just read your journals- sorry, I haven't been on in soo long!
Australia sounds freaking awesome I am super jeallous. One day I say! Is the beach far away from where you live? I wanna see photos!!!
And you wil be taking classes there, right? Did I ask this before? idk XD WHy are you going there, to study?
School has indeed been going much much better. I just got all my test results back and got 2 94s. The only class I have issues with is physiological psychology because it's so much like biology and I dropped that class last year for a reason >.>

The beach isn't too far, no. One bus ride for about 10 minutes can get you there. There's some nicer beaches which require either two buses or a bus and train, but really it hasn't been a problem.

I have heaps of photos on my FB now. Feel free to look, if you're my friend on it. If not, make it happen!

I am taking classes, yeah. Three: philosophy of film, video game design, and aboriginal studies. Pretty legit set up, but the work load is a bit intense. I am really coming here mainly to do something new, to party, and have fun. And so far, it's been wicked!

What you want to know about Oz? There's a lot to say. First off, Burger King is Hungry Jacks. Yeah. What the hell. And also grocery stores are in shopping malls. And the idea of Wal-Mart sounds really smart, but the Aussies still keep everything separated. Meat is really cheap here, but beer is very expensive (45 AUD for a 30 case of crap beer!). They also do not have handles of liquor, which is odd to say the least.

But overall, it's just small differences. I love this place!
