Um... it's okay. I've been running more lately. Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, thick hoodie, inside. According to Emiko, though, I can put saran wrap on and it helps even more.

You didn't happen to attend first grade at ISB in 1997 did you? I think that's why you friended me on lj in the first place, but it's easier to trace a response on DA. Anyway if you did, where you in Mrs. Parker's class by chance? Sorry for the out of the blue questions, but if you were...I dunno, the fact that I found you/you found me on-line really would support the idea that the internet connects everyone I guess...

The second half of the year, yeah. I was in Ms. Miller's, though... and I had been at BEPS the first half.
Don't worry about the internet connection thing - my friend Liza in MA and I already realized. We've been attempting to conquer the internet through friend on as many friendable websites as possible. It's fun, even though we've gone kind of lax lately. Le sigh.

I was a one year kid, my dad was transferred over to Belgium to do some work and we all went with him. But it's pretty much the most significant year of my life, I still talk about it all the time!
How long were you there? It seemed to me back then that a lot of kids came for only a year or two. I've only been able to stay in touch with one person the whole time, and now we've stopped communicating for no real reason.
Did you/do you move around a lot? They tried to shift our family to Australia for three years after Belgium, but my dad wanted to stay in Minnesota from then on, so it was just the one year for me.

Belgium, 6 years - 10 years old
Miami, 10 years- 12 years old (horrible horrible horrible place)
Maryland, 12 years - now. I'm 16 and almost a half.

Yeah, we did actually. When I was really little... I went to Minneapolis Montessori, but I was really young for it. I threw tantrums when my sister left, so they let me start school a year or so early.
I don't really know why we moved so much: my dad just kept getting shifted by the vaccine companies he's worked for.

Well, since I got home, not much. I probably told you about film camp, which was fun and I made a movie (that will get to the Internet ASAP), and I made some crazy purchases over gakusei weekend - like chokers etc. from Claire's, chained pants and posters and fingerless gloves from Hot Topic, and a leash from Petco, as samples of my crazed weekend splurging - and I hit second that same weekend. Funnily enough, I wasn't paying attention to him, I was watching the movie. What can I say, The Princess Bride is a damn good movie... Heh.
I just saw HP5 today, and got a copy of HP7 to read while waiting for my moviegoing accomplice to arrive. Funny how I knew about and loved Harry Potter before most other people knew it existed, and now I'm probably one of the last American fans to read it. Oh silly irony... XD
