Probaj staviti svoje radove na kontrastnu podlogu sa dobrim osvjetljenjem, sigurno će fotografije biti bolje.

Veruj mi da sam sve pokusao, tako da sada samo cekam da skupim pare za bolji fotoaparat~ Sto necu predugo cekati, pa se i ne sekiram, ali svakako sam vise zaokupljen pravljenjem nego misljenjem o fotkama, kao da nemam vremena za to, hahah~ Ali svakako se iznerviram dok fotkam i sve sto se vidi su neke fleke, grozno je~

You know I have to tell you something. I keep my 2 selves: day and night selves apart from each other. I generally don't mix my art self (night) with my teaching self (day) so it's like I have an alter ego who rests until summoned at night or weekends.
This even though I teach a bit of art at school but it is very different from what I do outside of school.
This makes me a swooping back and forth with my 2 selves if it makes any sense.

I know what you mean. But I really wish to become art teacher in elementary school. Because I am sick of those who are teaching at this moment. They are strictly one of these: 1. They push everyone, even those who don't know how to draw a line and equalize big talents with them; 2. They cut down everyone, and don't let talented kids be shown becaouse they're scared of possible competition. I want to find talent in as many kids as possible, and push them as far as I can.

Hey! Your description of art teachers out there sounds like mine down to chilling detail.

I was kicked out of art class by a frustrated teacher because I couldn't draw to save my life-boring pencil shaded still life art pieces of a water jug and some fruits on the table.

It was suggested I have nothing more to do with art ever.

It's only years later when I was pretty much done with that part of my schooling where I never drew anything that I revived the art that everyone knows today on my page.

Try as I might then it was painful knowing my teacher had no faith in me or much desire to help me.

That is pretty sad to hear....~ I am sorry for what happend, that must be very dissapointing to hear and feel as a child....~ I hate to hear something like that happend, to anyone...~ That is just not fair, and I know for many similar situations~! That's why I want to be art teacher, and work with smaller kids, to try to change that a bit~ But I am glad that you still after that followed your feel and love for art, that is something priceless, and not everyone can feel it and have a sense for it~ I was just browsing through your gallery, there are some pretty good pieces~!

Well it hurt knowing I didn't give my teacher much confidence working with me to have said that about me but it was true. I was actually dreaming my way through school so I can't really be too hard on her opinion of me. Besides the art I create now is art that I've woken up to creating. I'm not in dream state anymore.

There's nothin bad about dreaming, especially when it comes to kids~ But it is different thing when you only dream, and don't work on it becoming a reality~

Actually I never stopped working hard but I wasn't working smart at all and didn't know how to back then. I wasn't getting the results I wanted and I did wonder if suicide was a good way out of misery. It wasn't and I'm glad I stuck through it. The hard times doesn't last forever after all. 😁

I had the same problem.... I was working hard, and getting nowhere, but then I understood I was working wrongly....~ I didn't understand that in narrow-minded, small city and country, I cannot succeed with my kind of art~ I just had to make something commercial~ :/ Which I didn't like, but I had to earn some money.... Everything I posted here I something >I< like, but here, no one would buy it....

Are you trying to sell art for a living?

I don't really understand that occupation much so art is just a hobby I dabble in on the side since preschool teaching is my main job and keeps me busy enough. More than busy enough actually 😁

Hahah, no no, I don't know how it is there. I live in Serbia. I can only speak for my country and few others where I did live.
Yes. I am seeling painting and other things I make (you can see some of them in my gallery). But as I said, everything I posted is something I like. I didn't post those commercial thing I have to do to make money.
