Yeah, the same thing showed up when I tried, but all you have to do is scroll down the page slowly so it seems like you've read it and it'll let you move onto the next page, the one where you chose what catagory to submit with and so on... try that, maybe you went straight to the bottom and hit agree and it noted that you didn't read it. Or something. Maybe it's all in my head. Eh, it worked when I scrolled down slowly so I'm sticking with that.
