Any advice on how to draw poses? It is the main thing I need to work on.

When working on poses it is best to use some kind of reference. Whether it be a real person or a type of base it up to you. Here are some base-like poses I nominally use. If you search DA you should be able to find meany kinds of poses But I find Kate-FoX's to be the one of the best.
