# About me
Hey folks,My name is Patrick also known as Diesel. I'm a cosplay videographer from germany, videotaping cosplayers since september 2011 at Connichi.
I'm inspired by people like Ackson Lee (acksonl on youtube), mamuro5254i and the videos from Cosplaymag. I searched for videos from german cosplayers. As I didn't find any I decided to make my own. :)
My alias "Diesel" is accidantially chosen while filming at connichi. :) A year before I start filming some people want to show me some pictures on Animexx.de a german anime, manga, cosplay and japan community. There I must be registered to watch the pictures but all names I normally use were allocated. Diesel, an old name of a Shadowrun character worked. At connichi people aked me where they can find the video. Without youtube account, business cards a homepage or other possibilities, I gave them my animexx name. Now I'm Diesel. ^^
Later I choose my car as something like a trademark. It's a diesel, fitting to my alias. The siluette fits to a memorable logo and at least with the Rozen maiden pictures there is a close relation to the cmmunity. (I upload some Pictures of it too.)
At deviantART I don't upload any videos. You find them at www.yutube.de/dieselsvideo . I realized that in the videos I can find some beautiful or unusual stills. In my Gallery you will find such stills.

Machst du neben Fotos auch Videos? Ansonsten fänd ich es interessant, wenn du Screenshots deiner Videos machst, denn bei deiner Cam sollten die ja groß und gut genug sein.

An sich mach ich nur videos. Aber ich hab vor hier auch standbilder einzustellen. So wie bei Mexx.
Eigentlich gedacht, dass die Leute aus dem Video sich wiederfinden (Was irgendwie nicht so recht geklappt zu haben scheint) denke ich inzwischen das die Idee garnicht schlecht ist.
Aber auf der Connichi hab ich mit 720p gefilmt. Auf der FBM versuch ich es mit 1080p. da werden die Standbilder hoffentlich ein stück besser.
Genaugenommen hab ich noch keinen Plan wie man bei DA videos einstellt. ^^

Und hast du mal Screenshots von der FBM probiert (weil´s ja mit 1080 gefilmt war)?
Also ich finde das tolle an Screenshots ist auch, dass man so Bilder hinkriegt, die man mit normaler Fotografie kaum hinkriegt. Und als Standbild wirken Videobilder nochmal ganz anders als in der Bewegung.

So nachdem ich ewigkeiten nicht mit diesem Account online war weil ich nur a und an geschaut hab was die leute so machen, denen ich auf da mit meinem alten Account folge bring ich das hier mal auf Fordermann und dann werde bilder gesucht. ^^
Das stimmt auf jeden fall! in den Videos sind einige stellen, die verdamt gute Standbilder abgeben.
