Abou you can't use Windowblinds skins cause you're on Win98, Windowblinds works on Win98, ME, 2000, and NT too. The difference of run it on Win98 is that you will get a different task bar and start panel but if you want a task bar like XP one in your Win98 you can use Stardock OjectBar and will work like Win XP ;) (Wink)
