Oh no, nope. I have never watched Stargate Atlantis, looked at some images after a couple of people asked the same question, personally I don't see a resemblance other than white hair. Figured it was just the word 'Wraith' that made people make that connection.
I named my race 'Wraiths' because it is an old Scottish word. I would say games like Legacy of Kain were more of an influence on certain aspects of their design.

Well, is not just the hair. The wraiths have some kind of mental powers, they are able to read humans minds and I'm not sure if they can even control them. They are also some kind of superior breed, so this added to the same name, makes me remember them.

Well only Amon (and very few other wraiths) have that  skill, it's not an innate ability for the wraith race. Amon and Nox are special cases.
As for 'superior breed' - think that's a matter of opinion lol some wraiths may see themselves that way, don't think the elven or human races think that XD
Just one of those widly used themes in fantasy and such ^^
