As long as you came up with the design yourself, it's fine to be an adoptable or breedable ^_^
If you decide to post it as a breedable you can say '2 
When you adopt something, what I do is save it to my computer and put the original in my Favorites so I remember who made it for me, then I re-draw with a line-art and re-post, giving credit to the original owner ^_^
