I-I'll try my best to do what I can. Ugh, how this turn out to be so big. This is just a theory but, I honestly doubt that shiny is being 100% honest because I defiantly have not made contact with her since she gave me Hoodie. I know this is VERY risky, cause if any of shiny's fans saw this I'd be dead for sure but... I'd like to say, where is her proof that I returned him.
I think that she drew him then was later reminded that she gave him away... and is now saying that I returned him because she now wants to keep him.
By the way, if you had a fight with shiny over so called 'stealing' her style/characters whatever. There is actually hope to make up with her. Do you know how I got Hoodie in the first place...?! I made a character a while back that she claimed as 'me stealing' I deleted the post after seeing her comment and I sent her a note apologizing and I admitted that I stole. Her reply was "you're honestly the first person who has admitted they stole." We sort of became friends after that and that's when she gave me Hoodie.
If I can't convince shiny, I'd be happy to try design a character for you. I don't know if you know but on flipnote ( where shiny came from and how she got so popular. ) I was ranked 1# in my region for a while. I am very capable of designing a character. If you tell me what you need for your story I could do everything in my power to create a character to your pleasings.
Please don't be upset, I've been upset myself lately. I've sort of come up with a way of coping with it. Tell me... do you perhaps like anime at all...? ( and I'm talking besides pokemon... 
If you want we could bring this conversation to notes instead. So you can talk more freely I guess.
I promise you though, I'm on your side. I've gone through this a lot and I'm willing to help you as much as I can! I promise!

That's exactly what I think. If you speak to Alisha(what a nice name x3), ask her for proof or something. Ask her, where and when did you say you returned it? Until then, I believe you, because I've read some things in your other accounts, and I don't see ANYTHING where it says you gave him back. But if you really DIDNT return him, I'll return my points for fair trade. Hey, Mabye you two could do a private join me or something, or just keep telling her you have an important announcement in the notes. And If she does respond, keep calm, and think positive when talking, think like pHEONIX WRIGHT XDDDD

And I did apologize to her for the incident back in January to March(At least I think I did), just look at her recent adoption sheet for proof.
